Regardless of whether you need help with system selection, process automation, or infrastructure auditing – we support you with knowledge and experience. We act as a partner who thinks business-minded and understands technology.
Business systems analysis
Identify gaps in data and information flow.

Examine internal processes.
The larger the scale of a company's operations, the harder it becomes to monitor processes and measure the effectiveness of tasks within individual business domains. That’s why you should answer the questions below to see if IT consulting is the right service for you.
- Is the flow of information aligned with the adopted strategy?
- Does each employee have the knowledge and skills to complete their tasks on time?
- What is the real scale of deviations from instructions and internal procedures due to the lack of process optimization?
Optymalna metoda analizy
The optimal method for analyzing business processes must address the most important aspects for the organization:
- Is the volume of tasks suited to frequent rotations in operational teams?
- Are users supported by appropriate systems rather than Excel files?
- Are manual tasks the result of existing internal procedures?
- Does the examined business domain have the ability to scale and adapt, for example, as a result of dynamic sales growth?
Depending on the specifics of the industry, appropriate methods for supporting business domains should be selected. Just as important is the ecosystem in which the company operates. Additionally, the chosen methods should be proven and effective. Moreover, they must align with the company's organizational culture. They should also match the organization’s level of maturity.
Additionally, process analysis can focus solely on selected elements (e.g. data and systems) or cover a wide range of activities, including actors and events occurring throughout the processes across multiple units and decision points.
EVENT STORMING Method
- Event - events and activities performed in the given process
- Actor - the performer of the activity
- External System - systems and tools supporting the performance of activities
- Hot spot - critical points in the process requiring client investigation.
As a result, we gradually build a workspace (e.g. a board in a tool like MIRO) filled with notes or stickers, organized according to the categorization of elements described above.

More importantly, during workshops facilitated by experienced Finture analysts, participants quickly create a real picture of the information flow between themselves and identify key nodes.
Key benefits
- a consistent communication language developed during joint workshops
- the actual paths of the main process and subprocesses
- additionally, the standardization of definitions and naming conventions for key events within a process flow is essential
- understandable mapping of actors, events, systems, and data in one place
- moreover, it's important to define the roles and competencies required to carry out specific operational tasks

- consistent visualization of input and output conditions for the identified decision nodes
- comparison of the knowledge contained in the organization's internal instructions and procedures versus the actual actions within the teams
Documented view of processes
The inventory of processes can proceed iteratively, allowing for a gradual deep dive into process details. This can include:
- Activity map built during the first EventStorming workshops, along with a view of information and data flow, actors, and identification of systems involved in manual activities.
- Process Diagrams including individual actors and key points (steps) of the process (pools, swimlanes)
- Modeling based on the widely understood BPMN 2.0 notation. Process diagrams can be built to include additional elements such as rules, permissions, conditional logic, and external integrations. We can also create implementation models – detailed use-case-level documentation ready for development.

Process Inventory

Get to know your organization better and inventory your processes
One of the main challenges for any company is the effective management of its resources, including both products/services and internal processes. Therefore, inventory is no longer limited to physical goods on shelves or data in IT systems.
