Phase zero

Therefore, to help you choose the most suitable solution within 24h of your inquiry, you will be contacted by one of our account managers..
During the initial conversation, we will try to understand and capture the essence of your challenge and respond appropriately to your needs. Then, we will suggest the next steps, and together we will decide on the level of involvement in the following stages.
At Finture, we protect the information and will sign confidentiality documents with you if you need them.
Discovery phase
During the workshops:
- Based on the expertise of our IT specialists, we will work together to refine the functional and non-functional requirements, providing you with materials that help compile the key information needed to define the target business requirements.
- Alternatively, we will translate your business requirements into a visual format, delivering a mocked-up and expanded process diagram based on the BPMN 2.0 notation. We will also include the roles of IT systems in both manual tasks and automated data exchange.
- Finally, we will recommend and provide a set of best practices for placing key elements and functionalities within your interfaces (UX design).
As a result of this collaborative workshop work, you will gain valuable insights. In addition, you will receive well-structured and substantively sound materials that can serve as a solid foundation for further project development.
