Discover dedicated solutions
At Finture, we specialize in developing custom software fully tailored to the individual needs and requirements of our clients. That’s why our primary goal is to deliver solutions that perfectly fit the specifics of their industry and operations.
Thanks to our approach, we gain a deep understanding of the client’s goals. Since we identify them during the discovery phase, we can design software fully aligned with their expectations. We then develop it further according to the client’s needs. As a result, we create dedicated solutions that meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers.

For whom are the dedicated solutions?
Many automations can be achieved using our tools such as Flowee, iSecurity, iCompliance, and iClaimsRouter. However, every ready-made platform, even one as flexible as Flowee, has its limitations.
If you are looking for a solution that goes beyond standard frameworks, we have an offer for you. A custom solution includes elements tailored to the needs of your organization. This may be exactly what you are looking for.

Ready-made solutions,
that you can easily adapt
Discover Flowee
Flowee is a flexible, proprietary, low-code platform for business process automation. Its wide range of capabilities allows it to automate HR and sales processes, significantly accelerating the solution's time-to-market.
However, if it does not meet all your needs, we are ready to discuss additional elements of the platform that would be created for your needs.
Camunda 8
If you want to migrate from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 or build your system on Camunda 8, we are not only a Camunda partner but also have experience in this.
Why switch to Camunda 8?
Camunda 8 is a new opportunity and a guarantee of support for years to come. Switch to Camunda 8 with expert help from the Finture team.
How do we work?
Our teams consist of project managers, analysts, developers, testers, and DevOps specialists. Together with your team, they go through an optimized process with the goal of achieving the result you have defined.
Baseline phase
A high level of process automation leads to faster handling and reduces the involvement of bank employees. Moreover, it often ensures unattended verification of various types of documents and their legal forms.
Therefore, within 24 hours of your inquiry, one of our coordinators will contact you. During the initial conversation, we will try to understand and capture the essence of your issue. Additionally, we will suggest the next steps appropriate to your needs. Furthermore, together we will decide on involvement in the subsequent stages.
At Finture, we protect information. If needed, we will sign confidentiality documents with you.
Discovery phase
From our experience, we know that after the initial conversation, the next pre-project stage is usually a workshop. During the workshops, we jointly explore the key components of the project, allowing us to better understand your organization’s needs. This way, we build a solid foundation for achieving the goals you’ve set.
- Based on the expertise of our specialists, we will jointly refine the description of functional and non-functional requirements. This will allow us to create materials that help gather key information for the target business requirements.
- We can also translate your business requirements into a visual format. Accordingly, we will provide you with a mock-up and a detailed process diagram prepared using BPMN 2.0 notation. Importantly, we will include the role of IT systems in performing manual activities, as well as demonstrate their importance in automating data exchange.
- We will recommend and provide a set of best practices for placing both key elements and functionalities within your interfaces (UX design).
Signing the agreement
If you decide to work with us, after signing the contract and based on the previously developed materials, we can proceed to the next stages. Depending on your needs, this may include:
- Proof-of-Technology – is a service dedicated to companies that need to validate their project assumptions. We are software engineers with expertise in various IT technologies, which enables us to assess the capabilities of specific tools. The goal is to confirm that the selected solutions meet the project’s requirements.
For example, we can prepare a comparison of integration technologies and then indicate those that best meet the system architecture requirements. We also take into account compliance with the IT systems development roadmap adopted by the client.
- Proof-of-Concept – involves verifying whether the tools, applications, and products we propose meet the expectations of business stakeholders.
This stage allows us to check if the solution addresses the needs of organizational units in a comprehensive way.
The Proof-of-Concept phase also demonstrates the readiness of our concept and the designed solution.
Moreover, it serves as confirmation that we have the appropriate resources to execute the project.
- Feasibility Study – a project feasibility study (of a concept/program/application) conducted by a dedicated Finture team for the client’s specific needs, to ensure that the planned undertaking takes into account all aspects, including formal, legal, accounting, statutory, capital, and other relevant regulations.
- Pre-Implementation Analysis (sometimes called Sprint 0) – involving both the Finture team and designated business and IT requirement owners on the client side – allows for the preparation of detailed functional and non-functional requirements, identification of all potential data sources necessary for efficient project execution, and verification of the initial project assumptions, for example, those described in an RFP. This process facilitates precise project scoping and estimation of the necessary resources (human, time, organizational, technical, and financial).
- Analytical Workshops – a meeting involving our experts and client-side participants with specific domain knowledge, aimed at agreeing on selected business topics and documenting them in an agreed-upon format (the workshop basis may include, for example, maps in the form of MIRO boards or written requirements in documentation—Excel, Word, etc.).
- Training sessions – we organize dedicated training sessions in the form of workshops or lectures on topics selected by the client. These sessions are usually private and fully tailored to the client’s needs (number of participants, subject matter, exercises, training and post-training materials).
Design phase
In the design phase, we move on to implementing the previously agreed-upon plan. Therefore, at this stage, we design mockups and the user interface. However, in some cases, we may skip this step and proceed directly to designing the solution architecture. Moreover, in other situations, we focus on creating specific elements, depending on the scope of the order.
Additionally, we determine the length of sprints based on the client’s preferred way of working. Together with the client, we decide which elements should be implemented within each sprint.
