Delivery too slow – too much risk from human error
Growing business demands required increasingly faster delivery of changes to production environments. However, repetitive manual tasks performed by developers and IT operations teams were slowing down the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Additionally, the organization operated on a heterogeneous technology stack (.NET, webMethods, and others), which made it difficult to standardize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technology-agnostic CI/CD based on Azure DevOps
We proposed Azure DevOps as a central platform – a deliberate choice. The solution is technology-agnostic, supporting both .NET and webMethods environments, while also enabling the organization’s migration to Microsoft Azure cloud.
We built a continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) system that automates the entire pipeline: from commit, through build and testing, to production deployment. The same mechanism enables repeatable, fully automated provisioning of additional environments – e.g. for regression testing or UAT purposes.

The implemented CI/CD system eliminates all manual and repetitive steps from the delivery process – both on the development and IT operations side. Every change is deployed to production in a predictable, fast, and fully auditable way.
