Expectations

First and foremost, having a tool or IT system that enables agile, fast, and independent responses to ongoing business changes—without being tied to the deployment cycle of existing IT systems. For example, by allowing the modification or creation of new data flows between IT systems.

Project

The client began implementing a business process optimization program. As a result, there arose a need for a tool to support both business and IT in implementing new processes and optimizing existing ones. Additionally, the tool needed to enable real-time, agile changes—independently of the implementation cycle and release schedule of existing IT systems.

As a result, the requirements analysis led to the decision to implement a BPM platform with a DMN module and integrate it with the existing IT systems in the claims management area.

Results

As a result, Finture delivered a proprietary BPM-class solution that enables business process automation. This includes agile process design, decision rule management, versioning, and integration with the client’s domain-specific systems.

Moreover, thanks to integration with the client’s existing IT systems—such as call center, claims handling, and policy management—and the platform’s functionality enabling integration through built-in universal connectors, process optimization takes place outside of legacy systems. As a result, the solution meets the objectives defined for the project.
