Project

FINTURE undertook to take over the CRM class system from the bank's business team and implement the demanding task of inventorising the data sources used (many island databases) and the reconstruction of a large number of SQL queries. The biggest challenge of the project was to analyze the application code (frontend and backend layer) and prepare a plan for rebuilding it so that the growing number of report inquiries from various business units was possible in the shortest possible time (before the development was taken over by the FINTURE team, ad-hoc reporting was highly unstable and more and more time-consuming).

Results

The result of three months of intensive work of the FINTURE analytical and development team was the reconstruction of database feed processes and complete documentation of the structures and layers of the application for the purposes of the consistent development and maintenance.
