The organization needed a tool that would allow it to respond to evolving business requirements in real time – modifying data flows between systems and building new processes without waiting for deployment windows in underlying legacy systems. The existing model, where every process change required direct modifications in legacy applications, was too slow and costly.

Requirements analysis led to the decision to implement a BPM platform with a DMN module and integrate it with the client’s core systems, including call center, claims management, and policy administration systems. Finture delivered a proprietary BPM-class solution enabling:

  • agile design and versioning of business processes,
  • definition and management of decision rules (DMN),
  • integration with legacy systems via built-in universal connectors,
  • optimization of processes outside domain systems, in line with project assumptions.
