End customers expect personalized and competitive offers. Presenting a quote from a single insurance company is no longer sufficient. The challenge was to build a system capable of querying multiple insurers in parallel, normalizing inconsistent offer formats into a comparable structure (a regulatory requirement), and enabling seamless onboarding of new partners without redesigning the architecture.
Key Requirement
The solution is based on Camunda BPM and a microservices architecture. The system queries multiple insurance providers in real time, collects offers, normalizes them into a unified format, and presents them to the customer in a comparable way – fully aligned with regulatory requirements.
Adding a new insurer or adjusting risk configuration is handled at the configuration layer, without requiring changes to the core codebase.
End customers receive a set of personalized insurance offers from multiple providers within 3 minutes of submitting a request. The entire process is fully digital, end-to-end traceable, and designed for continuous expansion – both in terms of new insurers and additional risk types.
